明星黑料 Names Chief Learning Officer

明星黑料, one of the nation鈥檚 largest home and community-based health services providers to complex populations, has announced the promotion of Malissia Pendleton to chief learning officer.
In her new role, Pendleton will be responsible for building momentum to drive a collaborative learning culture for the 明星黑料 family of brands. Her team will drive innovative learning and progressive, best in class training into the future throughout the organization.
The announcement of this position comes at a time when 明星黑料 is reinventing itself as a leader in the industry. By investing in its people, processes and technology, the company is dedicated to building upon current platforms and services, refining programs and systems, and enhancing skill sets and growth.
Pendleton joined 明星黑料 in 2015 and previously served as senior director of learning and development. She has expertly led her team of learning and development professionals to provide best in class training, design and development initiatives throughout the company. During her tenure with the company, Pendleton has been responsible for partnering with and supporting multiple lines of business. Under her leadership, the company accomplished several key initiatives moving the business forward by driving operational excellence.
Within the past year, Pendleton’s team successfully developed the organization鈥檚 training and learning curriculum, providing consistent training across lines of business. It also established new employee engagement and recognition programs, directed the company鈥檚 new goal-setting and year-end performance evaluation system, and developed new executive coaching and internship programs. Through her commitment to innovative healthcare administration, she will continue to impact the lives of the people 明星黑料 supports each and every day by paving the way for thought leadership, innovative strategy, and overall collaboration across seven lines of business, 45,000 employees, and 2 million people supported.

Prior to 明星黑料, Pendleton worked for 22 years serving in a variety of learning roles at Yum! Brands. She was a human resources senior manager responsible for centralized readiness and restaurant training. She also worked in information technology, managed the brand portfolio, and ran day-to-day restaurant operations for the KFC brand.
